For every casting project, dedicated process cards and work instructions are prepared to guarantee scientific process design, standardized operations, and full traceability of product quality.

3D Modeling
Based on customer drawings, technical specifications, and service conditions, our engineers develop accurate 3D models and create optimized casting process plans, providing a solid foundation for subsequent engineering analysis and production.

CAE Casting Simulation
BOPENG utilizes the advanced Huazhu CAE Casting Simulation System to simulate mold filling, solidification, and temperature distribution during the casting process.
Potential defects such as shrinkage cavities, porosity, and inclusions can be predicted and eliminated through optimization of gating and riser systems, ensuring superior internal quality and higher casting yield.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
To further verify and optimize process parameters, BOPENG applies SimCast finite element simulation software, developed by RWTH Aachen University in Germany.
Through temperature field, stress field, and solidification analysis, the reliability of casting process design is significantly enhanced, ensuring stable performance and excellent metallurgical properties for large and complex steel castings.

Casting Process Cards
Detailed casting process documents are prepared for every product, clearly defining specifications, process parameters, critical control points, and operational requirements. This standardized documentation ensures process consistency and quality traceability.

Work Instructions
Comprehensive work instructions are developed for each production stage, including molding, melting, pouring, heat treatment, finishing, and machining operations.
These documents provide clear operational standards and ensure that every process is carried out in accordance with established procedures.

Process Execution and Supervision
After the process documentation is released to the workshop, dedicated engineers and quality personnel conduct continuous monitoring and inspection throughout production.
Strict supervision ensures that all process requirements are properly implemented, guaranteeing that every casting meets customer specifications and international quality standards.
